Help! I cant seem to figure out the logic for my form. When I select admin as my department and select No as an answer it goes to the next question which is correct but when I select a different department (e.g Customer Service) it goes to a branch question which should not be the case. 

 

in this screenshot, when I select no for Gorgias it should go to Klaviyo and should skip #19 question.

Hi @mariarosell I can’t quite tell, but do you have a question that’s routing them backwards in the form? If so, you’ll want to remove that and make sure all logics move the respondent forward in the form. Otherwise, you may have logic issues like the one you’re experiencing.
