Hi,

Just looking to know how to make the button appear on question that is optional (long text), even when nothing has been typed.

Appreciate any help.

Hi @jamesdcs thanks for stopping by the community! :grinning: When the respondent scrolls past the question, the following buttons will appear.

If that doesn’t work, would you mind sending a video of what you’re seeing?

Hi @jamesdcs did that help a bit? Or are you still experiencing troubles with the button?

HI @Liz

Thank you for your response, I do get what you mean, it’s mainly that when the question appears, as it is not a required question, it would work better if people could see that they could click next, so they didn’t feel that had to enter something for that question, and could just click next.

I trust you get me.

Thanks,

James

Thank you.

I found that this does occur on mobile, but not on desktop.
