Hello ! 

Do someone know if it’s possible to make a question mandatory only when the url has a specific hidden field ?

Hi @SPSP Welcome to the community! It isn’t possible to change the same question to be mandatory/not mandatory based on a hidden field. Though, you could add two different variations of the question (one mandatory, one not) and use logic jumps like this to show the one that applies.
