Matrix error "Oops! Please make a selection"

We are receiving an error on the second question on this form. It’s a matrix, and whenever you make a choice it says, “Oops! Please make a selection”

Any thoughts on this? I’m very new to Typeform.

@jafprrr - as i mentioned, it worked for me.. if someone does NOT select an entry in every row it will give you the oops message as you have listed it as required… that means that every row must have an answer.

if you turn off the required, someone may skip the question … i get around this by adding a column that says “not available” along with the other time slots.. then i can make sure that all rows get an entry AND the question gets answered..

note the missing row choices

if you select something in every row you get to go forward… based on the ‘required’ toggle

does that make sense??

Aha! I had no idea they would have to select something in every row. Okay, back to the drawing board, and thank you. Very helpful.
