Matrix Question doesnt work properly

I want the customer only choose one row so i avoid or didnt marked multiple selections form on the typeform. This means the form use radio buttons not square buttons. But when I test the form and i select only one option it inmediately says “Ups you only hast to choose on” and it wont me move forward, i press clear all and choose only one, and it is teh same result: “Ups” but I already choosed one. This isnt working at all.
Please help. My matrix questions has 4 rows and 1 column.

@Amunozmartos - when you make the question required in the matrix, one choice must be made in each row. that is the way the question works

you might be better using the multiple choice or rating style question.

Thanks John, I have realized that this is the case, even if it doesn't make sense to me. However, the multiple choice option does not allow me to format it, it ignores bold and italics and it does not look as good,
