Matrix questions don't appear properly on mobile?

Unfortunately we had to switch to SurveyMonkey to survey users on mobile.

Unfortunately just cancelled our annual subscription because of this. It’s a shame because we liked the look of the quizzes you guys have which we were hoping to use for lead magnets. The need for likert scales for user surveys took priority though. Also now probably using Survey Monkey.

It blows my mind how long this issue has persisted with no resolution despite a seemingly VERY simple fix with coding. Yeah, no thanks i’ll pass on using Typeform.

Hi ​@qwerty2 Thanks for stopping by and sharing feedback. I definitely understand the struggle with this! No matter how simple the coding, our product team always assesses the code for quality, so even the littlest of updates can take some time!

Chiming in here to say I’d greatly appreciate this being looked into. My team and I can’t use the matrix function in our Typeforms at all since it looks so awful on mobile. We’re not even providing a wide scale of options, just 3 columns…

It’s very frustrating to see that this has been an ongoing discussion for 3 years!

Adding that this is a challenge for my organization also, who was looking to do a set of questions using a likert scale
