In my survey I have a matrix question type about business challenges customers are facing. I was wondering if it is possible to include an option at the bottom of my matrix for respondents to type their own answer (i.e. a challenge they feel affected by which was not listed to give them more freedom)?
I want this to ideally be on the same page as the matrix to improve the clarity of the survey. Would I need to create a separate question for this ‘other’ option or is it possible to include it under the matrix?

It isn’t possible to add a type-in option into the matrix, but I would suggest add a short text question after the matrix question.
