Missing data

Hello..

I have the following setup and the result are not recorded, i have an empty result files after 12 tests.

1. I’m using a multiple selection questions as a menu to different matrix.
2. if i click in the A option, it send me to the Matrix “hardskills”, there i select a value from each row and column and after that i click in accept, then its sends me back to (1) multiple selection question as a menu.
3. After i select from each option and define the data in the matrix, i select accept to move to next question.
4. when i check the result, matrix data its empty.
