Hoping someone can help me!

I started a survey on the basic plan that ended at 10 questions. Then I was unable to locate the original survey in my account. So I upgraded my account to the next plan and still the survey is missing.

How do I find the original survey to restart it?

Hi @Bigger Canvas Happy little Friday! Do you have the URL of that form? If so, our support team can track down the account the form is located under using that URL.

Hello, 

I have created 3 surveys on my Free plan and now they have disappeared. If I upgrade, will I be able to retrieve the survey+ results?
