is it possible to have a selection of multiple items for a question response and then prompt to have a comment provided for each item selected?

Hi @Cabo Thanks for stopping by! :smiley: We don’t have a comment feature within the questions themselves, but you could add a short text question underneath that question or multiple of them, one for each item selected. Would that work for you?

If it was dynamic, then that would work, otherwise I hate to clutter the flow with comment boxes that are not needed unless the end user selected that item

Hi @Cabo Ah, got it. You could set it up so that, if they want to leave a comment, you could show the short text field only if it applies. This setup here can walk you through adding logic jumps to only show the question if it applies. Would this work for you? If so, I can walk you through an example!
