Multiple Choice Question with Fillable answers

Hi,

I am wanted to create a question with multiple answers that require number answers for each option.

I.e. How many pets do you have?

A - Dogs __2__

B - Cats __0__

C - Horses _4_

 

Is this possible?

you could mimic this with a matrix question with labels down the side and 0-10 across the top...and the user could select the number they had of each..

    Hi @Simple Happy Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by. While we don’t have a multiple choice question that would allow the respondent to input answers for each question, could you use short text questions and add them under a question group? 

    Life is a series of awkward moments separated by snacks.
