Multiple Choice - With space to type their own "other"

I want to ask a question like “how did you hear about us” and have 5 answers to select other, but where there is other I want them to be able to type their own response

Hi @ShannonP If you enable the ‘other’ option in the multiple choice question: 

Then, on the live version of the form, this will enable them to add their own answer option like this:

    @ShannonP - one little trick to remember for your users: when they type in their ‘other’ answer, they will have to click the check mark at the end of the field in order to save their entry… you might want to put a little note to that effect in the description area.
