My typeform isn't working for everyone directly, some people first have to make an account/have to log in.

Thanks, @MaritMaxwell ! I’m able to see the form here. 😀 Are there any particular browsers/devices in which this is happening? Additionally, do you happen to have the form embedded on your website?

For the browsers: not specific I think (but might be something to check), also received some feedback from some people that they cannot open it without having to create an account.

And answer on your second question: so far we have only shared the link 1:1 via email or Slack. 

My question to you: even though we don’t know if it’s because of the browsers/devices? Is there anything we can do that we can be sure that everyone can open the link right away?

Huh, alrighty, @MaritMaxwell ! Do you happen to know if your account has run out of responses at any point with the form being open? If so, this will close the form until you upgrade the account or purchase more responses.
