Naming Convention template

Hello, 

I’m looking to design or use a Naming Convention form. eg. https://marcloudconsulting.com/pardot-naming-convention-builder#form

I actually used a Typeform one on the web, but wasn’t ever able to find it again.

does anyone have something like this that I could reuse and customise?

Hi @Sandra.Amoruso We don’t have a feature like that in our form, but maybe @picsoung has some fancy workarounds or solutions they can share? 😀

Hi @picsoung, I’m trying to reproduce a similar version yes - not integrate it with any system.
