Need to ask survey takers additional questions. Can their previous answers be populated into a new survey?

I need to ask those who provided me email addresses in a previous survey some new questions about why they selected the answers they selected. Is there a way to send them an email that automatically contains their previous responses to the questions to remind them (it’s been almost a year since they took the survey), so they can properly answer the new questions? I don’t want to have to do it manually one by one.

Hi @marepulido Happy Wednesday! I hope you’re having a good one. While we don’t have this feature available in our product, you might be able to set this up using an email service provider. Do you happen to already have an email service provider, such as Mailchimp?

@Liz @marepulido - just a thought here..

you could Connect the form to a Google Sheet and push all the existing data from the typeform to the Google Sheet. then you could use something like Document Studio to create and send the emails from the Google Sheet.

all the answers would be there along with the questions (in the column headers) .. so you could do that  instead of a CRM or ESP

Let us know if you were able to give the above suggestion a try, @marepulido !
