Hi @shulock If you have the “other” field turned on in a multiple choice question, they should already have the option to enter their own answer. If this isn’t working, do you mind sending the URL of the form so we can test it?

Hi @shulock Thanks for sending this over! It looks like this is the URL for the builder, but do you mind sharing the public URL? You can find this under the “Share” page. 

Hi the URL is below but I am not sure you will be able to see the quiz. I have more than the questions allowed for the free trial. So I need to pay now. But I don’t want to pay for the subscription if I can’t do what I want to do:

1. Have the people be able to elaborate on their “other” response with a text field
2. Have a page at the end of the quiz that is only a sentence from us, “use code xxxx with our thanks” so it won’t have a question on it, is this possible?
