I’ve been looking for a platform that will allow me to create a needs assessment form for our business operators to input their current recruiting needs. We’d ask basic questions around how any employees to be hired, what is the timeline, what is the desired experience, etc. From there, based on their specific answers to each question (say no more than 5 questions), I’d like to have an email sent with personalized recommendations of internal recruitment resources to be used (which are housed in Sharepoint). I understand this would require identifying which resources match with each possible answer. Is there a way for Typeform to understand the equation of which resources to send based on the answers provided?
