No confirmation message after form is successfully sent

Hi! 

I tested my new form and when it is successfully completed and sent, the confirmation page only has a button that says “Create a typeform” (screenshot below). There is no message to the customer informing that the form has been successfully completed and sent.

I’ve checked the settings and there should be a confirmation page that says “Done! Your information was sent perfectly.” But there is no such message on the page.

Please help. Thanks.

Hi @Huimin Happy Wednesday! Do you have an ending set up on your form? 

If so, have you also published the changes to your form? If not, you’ll want to do so to be sure that your respondents see the ending page. 

Hi Liz!  Thanks for your reply, that was the missing piece.
I got a helpful video reply from Support to set up the ending and it’s now fixed :)
