Hi, is there any reason that the notification was not sent to my email after a participant completed the survey?

it worked previously.

Hi @Athirah Thanks for stopping by the community. Do you have self-notifications setup on the form? You’ll need to set this up individually on each form. 

If you do have this set up, you’ll also want to be sure that the publish button has been clicked for the changes to be live.

Hello 

I have the same issue. I’ve done everything suggested on top and we are still not receiving the notifications with the responses once a form is completed.
