"Notifications" option missing from Settings tab

Hello,

I replicated an existing registration form (collecting applications for courses), as I always do and started editing it. However, I can no longer set up Notifications for automatic replies - the option disappeared from the Settings tab.

I’m attaching the screenshots of the problem: on one image, you can see the Notifications option (older form), on other it’s gone (the new form I’m working on).

Can you please help?

Thanks!

@AlexL - you will need to click on the Followups tab,  click on the plus sign to add a followup, click on the add trigger, you can then select ‘whenever someone submits a form’, and then click the add action button to select to notify yourself or the respondent … follow the prompts.

that’s where the notifications have moved

@john.desborough Thank you, it worked like a charm!

I needed to publish the form first to unlock the option, but everything worked as you described from there.
