Is there a way to collect emails & contact numbers from the form submissions?

Hello!
Just a quick question to follow up with on this! I have two forms which I have connected together using the redirection on completion feature. For the second form- will I need to put another question that asks for their name and email in order to know who completed the second form or will this info be transferred?
Also, what does CRM solution mean? We will be sending our surveys via email so will, in theory, have their email address. So will I need to still have a question that asks people for their email addresses or will I have that info?
