on the sign up page aren't working

I’ve added hyperlinks but they are not clickable nor to they show up as highlighted on the main sign up page. Any thoughts?

    Hi @PlantBasedBen Can you share the URL of your form so we can take a look? Additionally, have you published the changes to the form?
