Partial responses not showing

I’m experiencing an issue with my form responses.

I initially collected responses during a small event while using the free version. At that time, I could only view the first 10 responses, although the dashboard indicated there were 34 responses in total.

After upgrading my account, I’m still unable to access all responses. I’ve also tried filtering the results by “Response type: Partial” on the results page, but this did not resolve the issue.

I’ve attached screenshots of the dashboard, the filter settings, and the responses page for reference.

Hi ​@Renato Ignacio welcome to the community 😊

Once you hit your response limit for your plan, any active typeforms you have will go into private mode, so no more responses can be collected until you upgrade. Anyone accessing the form should see a message to say the form isn’t accepting new responses. (We have a Help Center article here that explains how response limits work)

Looking at your dashboard in the screen shot, the number 34 is the number of people that started the form, but didn’t complete it. And then you have 10 submissions, which would be the 10 responses you collected before you upgraded.

Did you share the form again once you upgraded?

The respondents could fill the form and were able to complete it without any issues.
I upgraded in the meantime, but I still can’t see the partial responses.

Is there a way to retrieve these partial responses without asking the respondents to complete the forms again?
