We have so many complaints of our users not being able to Upload an Image. They will be using a multitude of different devices, browsers and handsets. So I don’t think it’s one specific photo or device (so please don’t ask me to try another photos / browser first 😬).
- It either just doesn’t work,
- Or jumps them back to the start of the (long) form.
Very frustrating, and bad for our company!
Can anyone help. I can’t figure out how to contact Typeform?! 😡
