Hello community!

I am doing a feedback survey for my company. I need to avoid as much risk as possible of people filling out the information incorrectly.

First I made a form where people fill in their information and several details of people who will do the feedback. And for the second fromulario I want to pull information from the first one so that the participants don't have to fill in the information incorrectly. The question is if I can pull this information from the first form to the second one.

How can I do that? Can I pull the information from an excel sheet to the second form as pre-filled information for each participant?

Thank you for your help! Have a nice day!

Hi @Joss603 Happy Wednesday! Thanks for popping by the community. 😀

The best suggestion would be to store the data somewhere, such as a CRM system, and then send them an email with the link to the form and their information pre-filled. This article here has a good example of how to set this up.

If you don’t already, I would suggest having a CRM or email system to send the forms from versus a Google Sheet (which will be more complicated to grab the data from, oddly enough).

Hi @Liz, thank you for your prompt reply. I've been looking for solutions and will try the one you suggested. The only downside is the CRM from which it pulls data. However, I will see if I can get a new one or adjust my Airtable to see what I can do. I appreciate your help! You are very kind!

I try my best, @Joss603 ! You could also try using Zapier to send the emails so that you can grab the data from your Airtable instead of having to use a CRM system! I believe Zapier can grab data from the fields in Airtable a bit easier than grabbing them from a Google Sheet.
