Hi I have 2 questions

  1. can we use prepopulate form / prefill form in bulk? for example, i want to use prepopulate form / prefill form for 100 recipient
  2. is there a way to track who did not submit a specific form

Hi @chandrika Welcome to the community! 

For pre-filling information, I would take a peek at this article here, which is how you can pass data into the form that you already have in your CRM/ESP. There’s no limit to how many respondents you can do this for (except for the response limit on your account plan, of course).

@chandrika if you are sending out the link to the form from your CRM, make sure that you create a variable inside your Typeform that you can use to apply a tag back inside the CRM upon submission (you would need to connect the typeform to the CRM) so that you have something like survey1_complete applied as a tag.. then inside your CRM you can run segmentation reports to determine who does NOT have the tag and therefore has not submitted the form.
