Problem with questions in one quiz

Hi,

I have 10 questions in my quiz but when I go to preview it or test it only one question comes up and then the results. How do I connect all my questions under one quiz? I’ve used the + button to add questions, everything seems in order…. I am using logic for my results and connected those as well but for some reason the test only goes thru the 1st question and then straight to results.

Help!

Hi @ArtemisCentre Have all of the changes in the form been published? Additionally, are there any logic jumps that might be skipping over these questions?
