Questionnaire in sections

I am preparing a Lead Magnet which consists of a questionnaire.

There are 8 blocks of 6 questions.

And no matter how many times I give it, I can't find a template or a name or how to do it.

I would like each section to have a title and an image

@Lola R - what @Liz mentions is a great way to do this in a single typeform. With one that is ‘that long’ you might want to consider breaking it into a series of typeforms (one for each group??) and then using the redirect on completion feature and hidden fields to pass the user and their details to each subsequent form.

just a thought to not have the user back out of a long form..

Hi @Lola R Welcome to the community! Happy to have you here. The language of the community is English, so I hope you don’t mind my reply in English.

You could use a Question Group to separate the different sections and have the overall question or title appear above all the other questions in that section. 😀

Hey @Lola R! I think I prefer to do like @john.desborough advised above! I think this would also make it easier to analyze your results! Just a thought though… 😊
