Here are my quiz questions:

Questions 1) How many hours do you spend on computer?
Options - 0 to 4   |    4 to 8    |    8 to 12 hours

Question 2) Do you experience eye strain ?
Options - Yes | No

Question 3) What is your nature of work ?
Options - Software Engineer | Graphic Designer | Non IT Professional

I want to write a summary in the ending screen as per the selected options.

Example:- [The ending screen will look like this]
“So you are a Software engineer and have a usage of 8 to 12 hours which is very high. In order to prevent eye strain you should take frequent breaks and use eye drops.”

There can be so many combinations in this.

Please help.

Hi @zebvijay Happy Little Friday! You can use the recall variable feature to recall their answers at the end of the form. :) The only downside is that if you have language that changes based on their answers, you’ll then need to use logic jumps to show a different ending based on their answers. You can read more about how to setup something like this here

Hi Liz,

Thanks for your answer.

Not necessarily i have to print his selected answers.

My motive is just to comment on each selection in the ending screen.

So recall feature will not solve the problem.

Score method may also not work as I need to know which particular option he selected, so I can comment on it.

Hi @zebvijay Will the text be the same for all those who have a similar outcome? If so, you could try using the outcome quiz and the recall feature to share different comments on the ending screens as well as their answers.
