Quotation Marks not appearing | Community

Quotation Marks not appearing


Even if I turn on the toggle the Quotation Marks is not appearing.

I also checked if my “answer” color was not the same as the background.

It works on all the form except  this one

How do I fix this.

Hi @kojo7864 Happy Friday! A few thoughts: 

  • have you copy/pasted the content into the form? If so, do you mind trying to add the content by manually typing to see if this makes a difference?
  • have you published the changes to the form?

I’m experiencing the same issue with Statements. I found out what the issue was though!

If I turn off “Question number” in the form’s Settings, it disables it for quotation marks as well. 

 

I get why they’re coupled like this, but it’s a bit frustrating since I’m not using them for the same purpose. 

 

Would be great to see this separated for greater control!

Hi @bcesar Oh, that’s good to know. I wasn’t aware of this. I’ll ask the product team if this is a known feature or a bug.
