Ranked Choice Voting with Multiple Winners

I have a mundane ranked choice problem with multiple winners. I don’t need typeform to pick the winners, but I would like the group to each rank their choices and I can (arduously) pick the winners manually.

Context: My wifes’ college friends are visiting Philadelphia this fall for a few days. Including us, that’s 11 people. There is too much to see and do and too little time. For arguments’ sake.I want them to rank 10 of the activities and I will pick the top 5 in terms of rank choice.

At the least, I hope Typeform can just get the survey of 10 choices by individual. At the best, I would like it also to pick the top 5. Is this possible? Is it clear? Thanks,

Paul

Hi @pchewmd this sounds fun, and a great way to organise a trip!

You can use the Ranking Question to set up all the options for Philadelphia - here’s a quick guide on how to set this up in Typeform.

Then, once your results come through, if you check the Summary tab under the Results panel, you will see the ranking in order (so you don’t need to do it manually.) It should look something like this:

There’s a scroll bar so you can view all the options, and you can select whether you want to see it in list, chart or grid format.

Hopefully this works for you, but let me know if you have any other questions!
