Recall field in respondent email link

I would like to recall a field within a link inside the automatic respondent notification email. 

My use-case is to pass the respondents name and email as a hidden field parameter into a second Typeform. The purpose of this is to ensure that the respondent is the true owner of the email address.

Is this possible?
