Recall multiple answers in multiple questions

Hey! I have a survey that has a multiple choice question that I’m trying to recall into multiple questions. So something along the lines of: 
 

First Question: 

1. What is your favorite ice cream response (choose any of above) 
   1. Vanilla
   2. Chocolate
   3. Strawberry 

Then based on those answers, want to create multiple questions. For example, if someone chose Chocolate and Strawberry I’d want 2 templated questions: 

1. How would you rate Strawberry on a scale of 1-10
2. How would you rate Chocolate on a scale of 1-10
