My form is saying there are Hidden fields and UTM Tracking that need to be removed before publishing. I’ve tried removing to no avail. Any ideas how to validate all fields and tracking are gone?

Yes. I’ve removed all hidden fields and had never set UTM tracking to begin with. All the buttons in the setting are off.
