My apologies that I’m not replying in French but I used Google Translate on your question.
But yes, as soon as a respondent clicks the Submit button at the end of your form, you’ll see their answers immediately in the Results section.
You can also use Partial Submit Points to collect partial responses as well. As soon as a respondent passes a Partial Submit Point, you’ll be able to see the responses they’ve answered up to that point in the Results section. More information can be found in this Help Center article.

I don’t need the survey right away. We’ve had the opportunity to participate in a survey using this service, and I’m looking into it in case we might use this type of form in the future—one that participants would fill out on their cell phones or iPhones.
