Same form across multiple pages

Hello!

I want to create a typeform that follows along a Rise course. So a student completes part of the form, continues working in the course, and then in another module, they come back to the same form to fill out a different section.

Is there a way to have the same form linked across multiple pages? Will it save progress?

@Liz @NatCatC - you might want to break the form up into smaller forms and have the user go to the ‘next’ typeform each time they finish the course.

if you connect the typeforms to the SAME google sheet, you can have each individual form data on a separate sheet but use a hidden field (ie email address) to be the key field to be able to link all the data across all the tabs of the google sheet.

Hi @NatCatC Happy little Friday! I’m not aware of how Rise works, but my guess is that you will need to embed the form on every page individually. We don’t have an option in our embed options for the form to automatically span across multiple pages.
