Trying to set up a Customer Satisfaction Survey and I want to use the question;
Overall, how satisfied are you with (product name)?
Here I would like to add a 5-point scale with labels for every point; Very dissatisfied, Dissatisfied, Neutral, Satisfied, Very Satisfied.
I can’t seem to find a way to have more than 3 labels, is that right?

That’s what I’ve found as well,
If you want each of those to be shown, a possible work around could be using the Multiple Choice option and labeling each as you indicate.

not a bad shout, far from ideal but could be a work-around.
