Scoring Quiz - Show wrong answers only

hey :)

I read some articles in this community but wasn’t able to find a solution for me.

I want to do a quiz where my coachees can check there results after 6 month, like:

1. have you done your workout 
   1. yes (score 3)
   2. sometimes (score 2)
   3. no (score 1)
2. have you done yout meditation
   1. yes (score 3)
   2. sometimes (score 2)
   3. no (score 1)

At the end of the quiz I want my customers to see were they can become better, so all scores < 3 and list them. 

Right now I am just finding a solution to show the score and the answers, but not the answers < 3.
