Short text placeholder's language showing wrong in Chinese Traditional

Short text question is showing simplified Chinese under traditional Chinese setting, also the placeholder is not showing the correct message that what I’ve changed.
Long text question is fully correct.

Please fix this.

    Oopsy, same problem still ⬆️ short texts display Simplified Chinese even if the language option is Traditional Chinese. No such problem for Long texts ⬇️

     

    Any chances to fix this anytime soon? Customers are complaining about this :P
