Hi Typeform Community,

We at Springlearns, a professional training solutions provider, are looking to streamline how we collect feedback from participants in our training programs. We’re exploring ways to make the feedback process more engaging and to gather actionable insights using Typeform.

Could you share best practices or tips for the following:

  1. Designing forms that encourage higher response rates from busy professionals.
  2. Leveraging conditional logic to tailor feedback questions based on the type of training participants attended.
  3. Integrating Typeform responses with tools like Google Sheets or our CRM to automate feedback analysis and reporting.
  4. Any creative ideas for making the feedback process feel more conversational and interactive.

We’d love to hear about any templates, use cases, or integrations you’ve used successfully.

Thank you in advance for your insights!

Best regards,
Springlearns Team

Hey @springlearns welcome to the community! 😊 Great to hear you’re considering Typeform for collecting feedback.

You might be interesting in rewatching the workshop: Best practices for collecting and analyzing feedback which we hosted a few weeks back:

You might find our Help Center articles on setting up logic  and integrating with Google Sheets useful too. Which CRM are you currently using?

We also have this guide: Tips for collecting and analyzing feedback which could be helpful.

Hopefully that’s a good starting point, but let us know if you have follow up questions!
