Stripe connection function not working properly….

I am unable to connect my stripe account. I have followed the steps to add the stripe payment to my type form but when I go to publish it takes me to the page to begin connecting to stripe, but it just stalls on the page saying that is waiting for authorization from stripe but never takes me to the page to input my stripe login information and connect the account. I get the loading wheel but it does not load….it stayed on that page for over 30 mins with no advancement. Please let me know how I can connect my stripe account to take payments with my type form. Thanks

 

I have a stripe account already set up and I am currently using the Basic plan on Typeform.

Hi @TRange If you aren’t already using Chrome, do you mind trying to integrate on this browser? And if you are on Chrome, clearing the cache may do the trick.

hi there. i am running into this issue. 

 

whenever i require a stripe payment, this issue arises. if i make the stripe payment optional, the form submits properly. 

 

i have tried:

  1. clearing cache on chrome
  2. using microsoft edge
  3. different credit cards
  4. charging $0
  5. charging $0.01
  6. checking my webhook is correct

nothing works. can someone lead me in the right direction to get this resolved?
