Survey compliant with GDPR guidelines

Hello,

I would like to ask if it is possible to include marketing consents at the end of the typeform to make the survey compliant with GDPR guidelines? I mean check boxes like in the example on this page at the bottom under the form https://funduszhipoteczny.pl/kalkulator/. If there is no such option then how else can we collect marketing consents?  Maybe I need integration with another tool ? Any solution or suggestion would be very helpful. Thanks.

@karinaN - you can create a pdf version and post a link or you can include a url to your own site where they can read the info you present on the page and then come back to the legal page..

in many cases, you can/need to use a two step opt in process: have the legal question on the typeform and send the individual an email (from your crm or using typeform’s notifications) that gives the details on the fact that they need to “confirm” by clicking the link in the email (to a page that satisfies the GDPR double-opt-in requirements) etc.

@karinaN - you can use the Legal Question type to obtain acceptance like this. a number of clients are using the question type in this manner.

Thanks John, but it is not what I am looking for. Our marketing consents is quite extensive. I can’t throw it just like a wall of text. It looks ugly. Is there any other way to make it similar to website form above?
