I have a form on our website and it gathers information and data from possible customers, it has worked for years and now it has suddenly started ending at question 7 instead fo question 14 so i am not receiving any of the Information I need.
I have checked the questionnaire and the questions are all complete and it is published yet when i visit it from the site it is cut short. The URL is exactly the same .
I am stuck and do not understand
