Trial box - what does it mean?

Hello, @bella.moore ! I hope you’re having a wonderful Thursday! There are some features that require a certain plan in order to use them, so while you can test them out in the builder, to use them on the live version would require you to upgrade plans. 

It’s hard to say specifically why this is showing without seeing the form, but if you’d like to send over a screenshot, I’m happy to take a closer look at the message!
