Hi ​@Hagakure999 Oh this is interesting! Out of curiosity, do you mind sharing where you’re planning on using the quiz? For example, is this for business or for fun? 

We sadly don’t have an option that would allow two people to fill out a form at the same time, but I can share this request with our product team!
