two people completing the same form instance

Try asking it in "build your typeform" it mat be easier to find an answer there.

I’m creating a personal growth conversation document via typeform.
I would like the team members to answer the first part of the survey, and complete it. Then the manager gets notified to do the second part of the survey based on the team members answers.

Am i able to achieve this on TypeForm?
Or is there something similar or close to the approach i have mentioned above?

@Kumara Viknesh @Liz - you could probably do what you want to do by have the team member fill in one form and on submission a note is sent to the manager to click the included link to go to a second form to complete

you would need to pass the values from the first form as hidden fields in the url (or use the API to create the call and retrieve the data) into the second form and then display the team members responses in the ‘description’ area of a question where you want the manager to make comments about the response.
