Hi! I need some insight on one of my Typeforms. When going through the questions, the images on each question will flicker at times. I have already compressed the images twice and resized to max 1068 pixels on each. If I make them any smaller, the photos are pixelated. Why is this still happening?

The issue is not with the images. I have reproduced the same issue with default Typeform images from the media library. Probably due to the CSS transitions conflicting.

+5Well, you’ve definitely stumped me here. I can’t think of anything else in particular offhand that would be causing this. If you haven’t already, it might be best to contact our support team here since they can log into your account and see what’s causing the issue.

I have heard from some folks that this might be a cause of the flicker - dependent on the resolution and refresh rates of the user’s monitor as well - something to do with ‘layering’ of images in the HDR format and ‘sequencing’ in series images.. - not an expert on this but those are things that i have had folks comment on elsewhere.
