Typeform not saving my progress as I write the quiz

Hi all,

I have been creating a quiz on type form over the past few weeks and as of Friday it will no longer save my progress. It keeps saying “not saved” below the quiz (although sometimes will randomly save), when I click the publish button it will continue to say “not saved” or that “someone else is working on my quiz and I’ll lose all my progress” (note that no one else has access to my account, so that’s not true) and then the publish button fades so I can no longer click it. it will normally save the work I do within the first 30 seconds of logging it, but that is all. Any insights??

Hi @evanna Do you happen to have the builder open in another browser? Sometimes, that can cause the error message as well.

Hm, I would suggest contacting our support team here. They can look at your account directly to see what is causing this error. 

Did we ever figure out this issue? Was it multiple browsers?
