Upgraded but still can't add file upload

Hi everyone, I’ve upgraded my plan to basic but it still won’t let me add the file upload option - can anyone shed some light on why that might be? Thanks in advance!

Hi @JessatWild Are you receiving an error when trying to add this field? Do you mind sending a screenshot of what you’re seeing as well as what plan you’re on?

Screenshot attached. It seems to have sorted itself out now though! Maybe it just hadn’t caught up with my upgrade yet?
