Uploading GIF gives "file type not supported"

Hi community. I have searched this over and over again, but I can’t find the actual solution here in the forum. I am trying to use a .gif file that meets the requirements, under 4 mb and .gif

Any ideas? I am including a screenshot so you can see what I am uploading.

Hi @maquencova Thanks for stopping by and apologies for the trouble. A gif like that should be working. Do you mind messaging me the image link so I can try uploading it to my forms?

Hi! I am having the same issue just like her. Could you please help me? I made sure the the file is under 4mb but I cannot upload it
